Yes. A passenger can rate a car by typing in the license plate number of the cab in the search bar located at the top of the AutoHealth Rating page.

Are the ratings permanent?

No. The ratings received are valid for a month only.

What is the highest rating a cab can get?

If a cab gets a low rating, then what?

A cab with a low rating can be fixed, cleaned, and serviced. After that, the cab can be rated once again in a bid to increase its overall reputation among passengers.
