No Refunds:
All AutoHealth transactions are non-refundable. The system only allows you to proceed with the payment if the vehicle number you provided is valid and we have its data in our database. All payments are final. If the vehicle number entered does not match any records in our database, you cannot complete the payment.
Incorrect Vehicle Information:
If you provide a vehicle number that you do not want the report for but the system finds data for that vehicle, the report will be generated and delivered. You will be charged for the report. You assume the responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information. Agnik bears no responsibilities if you provide a vehicle number that you did not intend to generate the report for.
Support and Assistance:
We are happy to help you if you experience any issues with your vehicle history report. Please submit a ticket or call our dedicated customer support team.
Additional Information
Payment and Accuracy:
Even if you enter a wrong vehicle license plate number but we find information against that number, a report will be generated against it and you will be charged. Hence, please ensure that the vehicle information you have provided is the right one.
Technical Issues:
If we are unable to provide you with the vehicle history, you will be notified. You can also contact us to get updates regarding your order.

Report Limitations:
The report is generated using available data from external sources. Please note that the report might have some missing data/discrepancies since the data we aggregate from various sources come with their fair share of limitations. You are using the report at your own risk and agree not to held Agnik responsible for any discrepancies or damages.
Health Data Limitations:
The vehicle health report reflects information about the vehicle’s engine health, and transmission health. However, please note that this should not be considered as a replacement for a full diagnostic check conducted at OEM service centers by trained professionals.
No Liability:
We are not responsible for any missing data in the report. We recommend using additional resources or consulting a professional mechanic for a complete assessment.
