AutoHealth Helping Hand user data is fully protected as per our EULA, which is compliant with Indian privacy and data security regulations. All transactions will go through encrypted channels and be archived securely as per our strict security protocols. AutoHealth Helping Hand app protects customer data and keeps the data safe from unauthorized use. AutoHealth Helping Hand does not share user data with any third party as per our EULA.

How we collect information ?

We collect information in the following ways.

Information you provide. For example, some of our services require you to sign up for an account. When you do, we ask for personal information, such as your name, and mobile number, for AutoHealth Helping Hand staff. For customers, we ask for the name, phone number, email ID, car manufacturer name, car model, year of manufacturing, and Vehicle Identification Number (optional).
Information we get when you use our services - The AutoHealth Helping Hand app collects and stores information from the services that you use and how you use them, like your vehicle health condition, battery voltage, fuel level, etc. AutoHealth Helping Hand also gets some information by recording how the AutoHealth Helping Hand staff members interact with the telematics device.
Data acquired from third parties - for some of our products, AutoHealth Helping Hand also obtains data from third parties, such as data brokers providing demographic data and publicly available sources.

How we use the information we collect ?

AutoHealth Helping Hand uploads the data collected by the AutoHealth device from a vehicle’s ECU to our servers. The collected data is used to generate detailed reports for our customers. The app also records the customer's vehicle registration number and customer phone number. This step is important so that the customer can be contacted to know whether they received their vehicle’s report. This app is also used to scan the IMEI code of the AutoHealth device for record purposes.

AutoHealth Helping Hand uses the information it collects from all the above sources to provide services to our customers, maintain, protect & improve them, develop new ones, and protect our users. AutoHealth Helping Hand also uses this information to offer you tailored content. But when the AutoHealth Helping Hand app does that, it will not associate a cookie or anonymous identifier with sensitive categories, such as those based on religion, race, sexual orientation, or health.

AutoHealth Helping Hand needs location access from your device to perform its functions properly: AutoHealth Helping Hand app needs background location access from mobile devices to track AutoHealth employee logins and to record employee working hours. The location data is collected by this app at a regular interval of 15 minutes. The location data is collected only when our employees log in. The location data collection stops the moment our employees log out of the app.
